Star Dancers

Lisa Michelle Zinna-Peterson

Lisa was born in Houston, Texas. She grew up in Dallas where she was classically trained at the Chamberlain School of Ballet. Upon graduating from high school, she attended the University of Denver during which she was certified as a Jazzercise Instructor. After completing her degrees in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management as well as Marketing, she moved to Vail full time. With food and wine as her passions, Lisa attended the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Today, she continues to work in the industry as manager of Eat!Drink!, a cheese and wine shop as well as teach Jazzercise at the Miller Ranch Community Center.

James Rockwell Peterson JR

James was born in River Falls, Wisconsin. He grew up in Wyoming, New Mexico, and California. He attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie before moving to Vail. His passion for snowboarding has kept him here ever since. James is the Dining Room Director, Sommelier and Beverage Director of Splendido at the Chateau. His love for food, wine, and people is displayed every night at the restaurant.
